PLAYER GRADE / AGE REQUIREMENT:

3RD / 4TH GRADE – 2ND GRADER WHO IS 8 YEARS OF AGE BY SEPTEMBER 1

5TH / 6TH GRADE – 4TH GRADERS AT LEAST 10 YEARS OF AGE BY SEPTEMBER 1

SCHOLARSHIPS: Player scholarships are available via requests to the Otsego Rocket Football Board. Please ask if you need details.

FOR PARENTS ONLY: I hereby certify that it is with full knowledge and consent that my child will take part in the Otsego Youth Football program during the current season. I will not hold the organization, teams, coaches, managers, sponsors or anyone connected with the Otsego Youth Football responsible for death or injury of my child might sustain in camps, practice, game play or while being transported to and from practice or games, and furthermore will not hold any party responsible for any medical aid administered to my child should they be injured in practice, game play or while being transported to and from practice or games. While physicals are not required, we encourage them.

When signing up you are also giving consent to have your child’s picture be placed on the Otsego Youth Football social media accounts.

NOTE: Birth Certificate needs to be verified by ORF board member. Due to HIPAA Laws, ORF will not be responsible for providing birth certificates upon request. It is required that parents have a copy of their child’s Birth Certificate at each game. If age is in question, it is the PARENT/GUARDIAN responsibility to provide proof of the player’s age. Failure to not provide proof could result in the player being ineligible for the game. Copies are sufficient.
