At Performance Advantage Baseball, we’re more than just a travel baseball program. We are a player development system designed to prepare young athletes for high school baseball and beyond.

Since our launch in 2021, PA has become one of the Central Valley’s fastest-growing and most respected baseball programs. We offer teams at every level from T-Ball–18U.  We’re proud to help athletes become not only better players, but better people.

Led by founder and Head Coach Kevin McCarthy, he brings decades of high level baseball to the Stanislaus area. Our coaching staff includes former college and pro players with many years of experience training athletes at all levels. 

Our mission is simple: to teach the game the right way, help players compete at an elite level, and build a foundation for long-term success—on and off the field.
