The purpose of this scholarship is to assist families who cannot normally afford sporting, cultural or enrichment type activities due to difficult economic hardships. There is a limited amount of funds available for our programs. All scholarship applications will be accepted on a first come, first serve basis and subject to class/program availability. The Billings Parks and Recreation Department will approve applications that qualify under the guidelines listed below.
Who is eligible to receive a scholarship?
-Any Miracle League desired participant living in Billings City limits.
What program does this apply too?
-Any Miracle League season (Spring or Fall). For each season a new scholarship form MUST BE filled out.
How much can applicants receive?
-100% program cost.
How do I apply?
-All applicants must be over 18, be the parent/guardian of the athlete, and apply in person at the Parks and Recreation Office or fill the Miracle League Athlete Scholarship form out. Application forms are not accepted over the phone, faxed, emailed or from children.
