Are there any scholarships available for this Camp?

Due to NCAA rules we are unable to give scholarships to any camper who is in 9th grade or higher.  However, we offer a Siblings discount of $20 for the second sibling.

How does the Sibling Discounts work?

A $20 Sibling Discounts is available to any sibling after the first registered child from the same account.  The Discount will be automatically applied during the registration process.  Discount codes are no longer necessary as the discount is automatically applied.

Is there a deadline to register for camp?

Camp registration will remain open online until we reach capacity.  We will start a waiting list at that time.  We ask all campers to register as early as possible, this allows us to do a great job in planning, organizing the camp, as well as, hiring staff.  THANK YOU!

What is the Cancellation Policy for camp?

All camp cancellation requests must be sent via email to [email protected]. Refunds less $25.00 administration fee will be made for cancellations up to 2 weeks in advance. There will be no refund for cancellations less than a 2 weeks prior to the start of camp unless due to injury. If injured, the camper must present a doctor's note to receive the refund less the administration fee.

First Day

What time should we arrive at camp?

Camp Check in is between 8:00AM - 9:00AM on Monday.  Check in will be located in the pool hallway of Sollenberger Sports Center in the Eisenhower Campus Center.  Tuesday through Friday camp starts at 9:00AM so please try to drop off around 8:45AM.  The Messiah University Address is:  One University Ave.   Mechanicsburg, PA 17055

What if we are going to be late for Check In on Monday?

If you will be late for check in due to a vacation, sporting event…. Please let us know via email at: [email protected] as soon as possible so we can make a note of it.  Depending on what time you will arrive, we can work with you to figure out the best way to check in at camp.  We get right into training sessions on Monday morning so it is very important to make every effort to be on time to maximize your time at camp. 

General

Will there be a trainer available at camp?

Yes we will have a certified ATC on staff for camp.  They will be at each session and will work hard to communicate with parents in treating injuries that occur at camp.

My son is allergic to Peanuts. Can he have a specialized diet?

Yes.  Our Dining Hall staff can prepare special meals.  Please contact us and we can put you in touch with our dining hall.

Are parents allowed to attend and observe camp?

Parents may attend any of the sessions that fit into their schedule.  We ask that when observing the camp in Hitchcock Arena that you watch from the track whenever possible.  This will keep the gym floor as clear as possible.
