Email Communication Guidelines
• Limited to two sponsors per calendar year
• The email content must be relevant to Mountain Top Area Little League’s audiences as determined by the Mountain Top Area Little League Board of Directors
• Email copy is subject to review and approval by the Mountain Top Area Little League Board of Directors
• Email content must be submitted to the sponsorship and electronic communications directors at least two weeks before an intended send date
• Send dates are at the discretion of the Mountain Top Area Little League Board of Directors
• Linking to your business’ website, social media profiles or other digital properties is permitted
• Special coupons, discounts or offers for Mountain Top Area Little League followers are encouraged

IN-SEASON SOCIAL MEDIA POST $250
• Limited to 5 existing sponsors per season
• Social media post promoting and linking to your business to our more than 1,200 targeted, local Mountain Top-area followers on Facebook
• About 20 cents per person to reach a highly targeted audience

Social Media Post Guidelines
• Limited to 5 existing sponsors per season
• Social media post copy is drafted by Mountain Top Area Little League’s electronic communications director
• Post content is at the discretion of the Mountain Top Area Little League Board of Directors
• Post date and time will be at the discretion of the Mountain Top Area Little League Board of Directors
• Sponsor may provide specific links to be included in the post
• Special coupons, discounts or offers for Mountain Top Area Little League followers are encouraged
