All  participants will need to create an account prior to completing their first registration within the system.
Click on the “REGISTER YOUR ATHLETE” tab in the menu bar to start your registration.

First time registrants will need to upload a copy of their birth certificate as well as the medical clearance (physical). New users will need to create an account before they can register a child.  If you registered for the 2023/2024 season you will already have an account.  If you filled out a paper registration form, an account was created for you using the email you listed on the form. Simply reset your password to continue. If you are experiencing difficulties uploading to your account, please reach out to [email protected] prior to practices beginning to ensure your child may participate.

*REMINDER*
Do not wait until the last minute to schedule your child's physical. All documents MUST be turned in directly through your account from registration and verified before your child begins practice. Participants will not be allowed on the field until all required paperwork is submitted properly and verified. Documents sent to the Cubs email or handed to the coaches/board members will not be accepted. This will be strictly enforced this year, so please do not delay in contacting your child's provider to get on the schedule. You can reach out to any of the local offices as well.

 Please use the step by step instructions or the attachment below to help you upload documents to your athlete's account:

1) log in to your account
2) click on the pencil next to your athlete’s name
3) below the athlete’s name, there is a blue plus sign next to the blue words that say “birth certificate” click on the plus sign to select and upload the picture or document.
4) use the same process for the medical clearance if needed
5) click on “save” at the bottom of the page
