VOLUNTEER DEPOSIT RETURN OVERVIEW

New this year: We have significantly expanded the options available to recoup your volunteer deposit! Below are the options that will be scheduled on a recurring basis. Additional opportunities to help with special projects (e.g. field improvements, park cleanup, etc.) will be posted throughout the season. We hope that these additional options will make it easier for you to find a way to help us make this another great ball season for our players.

Game Night Volunteer Shifts

Your volunteer shift goes a long way to helping our League function. You can volunteer for any game, even if it's not your team playing that night. Clink one of the links below to get signed up:

Why?
Our concession stand is an important part of our local league, an asset to those spending the night at the ballpark, and the single biggest contributor to covering our operational expenses. This has enabled us to keep registration fees low for many years. This is great for our League and community, but it requires a lot of volunteer help to make it happen.

SPECIAL PROJECT VOLUNTEERS

We get it....some people hate working a shift in the concession stand. That's why we expanded our options to recover your volunteer deposit. There are lots of other things that need done around our facilities. Maybe one of these options is a better fit for you, your skills, or your schedule.

Build a nail drag to help maintain our playing fields

Rehabilitate some bleachers that are long past their prime

Paint our repaired tee ball shed

See something you'd be willing to help with? Some of these tasks will need multiple volunteers to get the job done. Task leaders will get their full deposit refunded and volunteers will be reimbursed based on the task completed. Email us at [email protected] for more details.

ITEM DONATIONS

We are currently seeking donations of the following items:

Concession Stand Flooring:
We need about 300 square feet of flooring to upgrade our concession stand at the Stoneboro Little League Complex. It needs to be a material that can be easily cleaned/sanitized, installs without specialized skills, and can withstand freezing temps through the winter.
