If you already have a GameChanger Account and you are having an issue syncing with your team here is tech supports recommendation.
Login on GameChanger using the current username and password. Then go to Account > Delete Your Account (nothing to worry about here as when re-creating it will re-sync). Once your account is deleted, create a new account on GC with the same email address and then the data should appear correctly.
If it still doesn't appear correctly after doing that, have her reach out to
[email protected] and they will get it taken care of as they obviously have much more access to GC user data than we do
