This is a girls only flag football league designed for skill development and growth. There are multiple age divisions offered. Girls will learn basic skills and concepts of the game and compete against other teams in their age division. Each division will have its own playoff bracket and championship. Each team will roster up to 10 girls with a minimum of 7. Games will be played using NFL Flag rules. Girls competing on the Queen City travel teams may also play in this league. Travel team players will be divided evenly among the teams in their respective divisions. Whether they are new to the game and learning, or more experienced, this league provides fun competition for girls at any skill level.
