Queen City Football Club is very excited to welcome you to our 2026 Queen City Monarchs Travel Program. We will be looking to enter 6-8 tournaments from January - August. We will be competing in the Girls 13U, 15U, and 18U divisions. Practices will be held Sunday evenings at the Wehrle Golf Dome (8230 Wehrle Drive, Williamsville) starting on January 4th until weather permits outdoor practices. Receiving this form means you have been invited to participate and compete on one of our teams. In order to complete registration, please complete the following form to provide player information, uniform information, payment method, insurance information and medical waiver. We are so excited for you to be a part of our growing program. Thank you for your participation.
