CANCELLATION POLICY -
In the event we have to cancel the tournament for any particular division due to lack of teams signed up to participate by June 14th, 2025, you will receive 100% of your registration fee back. If you decide to pull out of the event on your own after June 14th, 2025 you will forfeit your entire registration fee. If we have to cancel the event due to rain, you will receive 100% of your money back.
ADDITIONAL DETAILS -
This event is open for registration to any 10U Minor, 10U Minor Up, or 12U Minor team from the Spring 2025 season. You may combine minor teams to make one if your whole Spring team is unavailable. Cost is 100.00 per team (roughly 10.00 per player) It will be open to the first 4 teams from each division to register. The final winning team from each division on Sunday will receive medals. The concession stand will be open all day both days and we will have Christmas themed activities and music going on throughout the day. Teams may choose to wear their current uniforms or they may coordinate Christmas themed t-shirts instead of their jersey.
