Summer Curriculum will consist of:
- Dynamic Dribbling * Fast Footwork* Creative Passing*Finishing
- Attacking*Combinations*Striking*Shooting
- 1v1's*Receiving*Defending*Vision*Decision Making
- Focus/Concentration*Speed*Agility*Running Mechanics
- Speed and Agility (Proper running mechanics, strength building using body weight)
Summer Session Structure
- Intro(5 minutes) An introduction to the training theme of the day
- Warm-Up (10 minutes) Individual mastery of theme for the day and technical ball mastery
- Main Activity (15-20minutes) Challenging environments are created with lots of decision making, high speed repetition and problem solving.
- Match related drills - light- heavy pressure (15-20minutes) Game-like activity where players can begin to link the daily theme into the context of the game
- Match (15) High speed 1v1 and 2v2 games that will challenge players to think quickly in order to win the situation.
