Welcome to Lynn Bulldogs Pop Warner 2025 Online Registration!

Below are the available programs for tackle football. We have now gone fully digital for our registration process. No more filling out packets of forms and handing in paperwork. All questions will be asked through the registration process and forms will be signed digitally. You will be responsible for uploading necessary paperwork and a clear head shot photo of your child with no hats or anything on their head. We will only need to collect birth certificates temporarily to be certified by the league then returned to you. Your registration will not complete until payment is made. Full price is $210 but there is options for a $50 down payment or a 4 week payment plan($52.50/week). 2nd Child(sibling)-$80
3rd or more child(sibling)-$55

Once you have finished the registration and paid, be sure to check your email. You will receive a confirmation email and in it will be a link you must follow to electronically sign forms and complete the process.
