Practices, Games & Playoffs
PRACTICE BEGINS JULY 15
Please keep in mind that football is a huge commitment. Our practices run 4 days a week up to 2 - 2.5 hours a day (Max 10 hours per week) though out July and early August. Our national rule book states that any athlete MUST complete a full 10 hours of conditioning once practice officially begins before participating in any contact drills. Missing any time once practice starts can cause you athlete to fall behind as they prepare to practice in pads with full contact. If you have vacation plans after the start date of practice please understand your athlete will have to make up any of the 10 hours missed upon their return before full contact can be conducted.
Practice Field Location(s):
Tackle Divisions:
Indian Land High School ( Track Field and fields across from stadium field)
Tackle Teams: During the month of August, your child will practice up to four (4) days a week.
Practice days and time(s):
The actual days and times for tackle practices are set by the organization along with head coach of each team after the teams have been formed, but most often, the practices are in the evenings or weeknights and morning on Saturdays.
When Lancaster County returns to school, practices will be cut down to three days a week, plus one game most every Saturday (on the rare occasion due to scheduling issues, there could be a Sunday game).

REGULAR SEASON GAMES
Games scheduled to begin September 6th. There is a usually a pre-season game the Saturday of Labor Day weekend. (August 30 TBD)
Home games will mainly be held at Indian Land High School field.
Away games will be played at our opponents designated fields.
Once teams have been formed at the various associations, Conference will prepare and distribute schedules. One received, we will notify all teams. in our experience, the schedules will be made available to us sometime in late August and will be for the first four games of the season.
The remainder of the schedule will be released later as teams are evaluated to ensure they are playing in the appropriate division.
Conference's goal is to balance the schedule for every team; however, FIELD AVAILABILITY is the biggest factor to where teams will play.
