• Ensures the safety of our players through upkeep and replacement of equipment.
• Helps keep costs low and provide scholarship opportunities for families to increase participation in our Non-Profit League.
• Provides certifications and training for volunteer coaches on best practices in safety.
• Enables hiring of qualified and experienced officials so games are played safely and correctly.
