Registration Fees

T-Ball (Ages 4–6):n TBD

Levels 8u–15u: TBD

Age Divisions

Determined by age as of May 1, 2026 for Baseball and January 1, 2026 for Softball

• T-Ball: 4–6 years

• 8u: 7–8 years

• 10u: 9–10 years

• 12u: 11–12 years

• 15u: 13–15 years

• 18u: 16–18 years

*Players may request to play up a level with SHCA board approval and team needs/sizes

📄 Required Documents

To complete your registration, you MUST upload:

• A copy of your child’s birth certificate

• A signed Code of Conduct form

For Interested Coaches & Assistant Coaches, you MUST upload:

• PA State Police Criminal History Clearance (*must be completed in 2026)

• PA Child Abuse Clearance

Fall Fundraiser – for ALL Players

*If the fundraiser cost is a financial concern for your family, please reach out — we’re happy to work with you! We never want finances to be a barrier to participation.

Proceeds help cover essential league expenses including:

• Umpires

• Field maintenance

• Insurance

• General operating costs

You do NOT need to be a previous SHCA player or have a release to join Fall Ball — ALL are welcome!
