Who We Are — Nashua Cougars Football

The Nashua Cougars Football Program is a proud youth organization serving athletes ages 5–14 across Nashua, New Hampshire. We provide a competitive, structured, and supportive environment where young players learn the
fundamentals of football, build confidence, and develop the discipline and teamwork
that define great athletes — and great people.

Our program focuses on teaching safe technique, game IQ, and strong character. From the first snap at practice
to the final whistle under the Friday night lights, Cougar athletes learn what it means to work hard, support their
teammates, and represent their community with pride.

We’re more than a football team — we’re a family. A place where athletes are encouraged, challenged, and
celebrated as they grow on and off the field. When you join Cougar Football, you become part of something bigger.

Our Mission — Football

Our mission is to empower young athletes through a football program that builds strength, confidence, discipline, and community pride. We serve boys and girls ages 5–14 in a structured environment where effort, improvement, and sportsmanship are at the heart of everything we do.

Football teaches lessons that last long after the season ends — strategic thinking, resilience, accountability, and the ability to perform under pressure. We believe these experiences help shape athletes into
confident, respectful, and determined individuals.
