Boundary & School Forms

Families can confirm eligibility using the official Little League Finder.
If your player attends a school within our league boundaries, you may submit a School Enrollment Form signed by the school administrator.

Schools within the Woodcreek Little League Boundary

⚠️ Important: If your player attends a school located outside of the Woodcreek boundaries, you must provide three (3) proofs of residency in accordance with Little League International’s residency requirements.

Residency documents & Upload reminders:

• Must show the parent or guardian’s name and street address
• Must be dated within the past 12 months
• Must include one document from each of the three groups listed on the checklist
  

❌ Turn off dark mode before taking screenshots or uploading documents — dark-mode screenshots often black out the body of the document, including the address, which prevents verification.

✅ Click “Save” after you upload each document so it properly attaches in Sports Connect.
Only one method of verification (residence or school) is required—not both.
