In the rise of popularity for girls flag football, the Palos Starlets are looking to bring an opportunity to the younger girls in our area that want to play girls flag football. We have teamed up with the NFL flag league. The Spring 2026 season will be our inaugural season. This in house program will practice and play at our home field in Palos Hills. The program is open to Girls in 3rd-8th grade from all surrounding towns. Girls will be divided into multiple divisions based on age/grade and assigned an NFL team! Practices will start mid March, Games will begin in April and go through May. There will be 6 regular season games and then either playoffs or a playoff style tournament (depending on number of teams.) Practices will be 1 to 2 days a week, with most games on Saturdays.
