Step-by-Step Instructions to create a Sports Connect Account:

  1. Click Register in upper right hand corner of the website

  2. Enter in your email address

  3. Create a password and then confirm it

  4. An email will be sent to the address entered that will need to be verified

  5. Go to the email account, locate the email and click “Verify Email”.

Step-by-Step Instructions to register a player:

  1. After the email has been verified, the system will log into the system

  2. Two options will be presented, select Register My Player

  3. The Account Creation Confirmation box will pop up, read and click Continue

  4. Secondary Parent/Guardian will be added under Additional Account Holder Information

  5. Click Invite Account Holder and Continue

  6. Select number of players being registered

  7. Follow prompts to add each player

  8. On available activities for players, complete the following for each player:

  9. Select the appropriate program (Challenger or Baseball)

  10. If you select the Baseball program, select the division

  11. Verify player information previously entered

  12. View & Accept the Little League Privacy Policy

  13. View & Accept the Little League Child Protection

  14. Continue to fill out all fields for each player

  15. Check I Accept for Raffle Tickets

  16. Check I Accept for Concession Deposit

  17. Proof of Residency - you are required to upload the requested documents.  If the documents are not readily available, you can complete registration and complete this step afterwards.

  18. School Attendance Eligibility - must select the players school.  If the school they attend is not listed, scroll to the bottom of the list and choose Other/None of the Above.  The form is not required for regular little league season so it does not need to be printed and filled out.

  19. Click Continue

  20. Popup regarding Eligibility will pop-up, click Continue Registration

  21. Team Staff - complete the next steps if you would like volunteer as a coach.  Click Skip if not interested.

  22. Order Summary - Review the breakdown of your order

  23. Enter Credit Card Payment information

  24. Check Box I Agree to the Terms and Conditions

  25. Click Submit Order

  26. Make sure you receive the page "Congratulations!  Your order has been submitted!"

  27. An email confirmation of your order will be sent.

Step-by-Step Instructions to register as a volunteer while completing player registration:

  1. Select the position you would like to be considered for

  2. Choose Sign Up a registered user

  3. Click Continue

  4. Fill in each question

  5. View & Accept all of the following, Little League Volunteer Application, Little League Child Protection, Little League Privacy Policy

  6. You will be required to upload a picture of your Government Issued ID

  7. Click Continue to complete.

  8. You will then receive an email confirmation.

  9.  A separate email regarding the background check will be sent at a later date.


Step-by-Step Instructions to initiate Board Member background checks

  1. Click Register in upper right hand corner

  2. You will enter in your email address

  3. You will create a password and then confirm it

  4. You will be sent an email to verify your email

  5. Locate the email and click “Verify Email”

  6. Once logged in you should see two options:

  7. Click Register Myself

  8. Click Sign up a registered user

  9. Fill in each question

  10. View & Accept all of the following:

  11. You will be required to upload a picture of your Government Issued ID

  12. Click Continue to complete.

  13. You will then receive an email confirmation.

  14.  A separate email regarding the background check will be sent at a later date.

During player registration, you can complete this process along with signing up as a coach.  This will be part of the Team Staff section.


If you went through player registration but did not complete the Team Staff portion, you can access and complete the background process by doing the following:


  1. Go to Volunteer from the menu on the left.

  2. Click Find Volunteer Roles

  3. Next screen, locate SSLL Board Member and click Select

  4. Complete all fields
