Bylaws & Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

Bylaws
The Bylaws constitute the primary governing instrument of the organization. They set forth the organization’s legal structure, define the authority and responsibilities of its officers and committees, establish rules for membership and meetings, and outline the procedures by which organizational decisions are made. The Bylaws are binding on all members and stakeholders and may only be amended in accordance with the processes explicitly stated within the document.

Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
The Standard Operating Procedures provide detailed guidance for the execution of operational tasks and administrative functions. SOPs ensure uniformity, consistency, and compliance across all departments by outlining the required steps, roles, and documentation for specific activities. These procedures are reviewed periodically to maintain alignment with legal requirements, best practices, and organizational objectives.
Together, these documents form the framework that governs the conduct, operations, and decision-making processes of the organization.We encourage all members, partners, and stakeholders to review them to better understand how we operate and uphold our mission.
