Please read this page carefully for registration requirements and important season details.



REGISTRATION INFORMATION:

  1. Complete online registration by selecting an available program (once available).
  2. All registration fields marked with * are required.
  3. Player photos must be current and clearly show the player’s face—no hats, glasses, or closed eyes.

REGISTRATION FEES:

• Early Bird $425.00 ................. Before April 15 in person only

• Regular $475.00 .................... Payment plan available at regular season price

• Late Registration $525.00 .......... After June 2

  • All Pop Warner registrations require league and team fundraising.

REFUND POLICY:

• Registration fees are non-refundable, including cancellations or shortened seasons due to mandates or emergencies
• Refund requests may be reviewed by the Board on a case-by-case basis
• Medical refund requests require a licensed medical note and may qualify for partial refund approval

FOOTBALL AGE REQUIREMENTS:

Tri-City Gators Pop Warner Football is open to boys and girls ages 7–13.

League age is the participant’s age as of July 14 of the current year.

Divisions are age-based only (no weight requirements):

  • 8U: Ages 7–8
  • 9U: Age 9
  • 10U: Age 10
  • 11U: Age 11
  • 12U: Age 12
  • 13U: Age 13

IMPORTANT PLACEMENT NOTICE:

Registration into a specific age group does not guarantee placement within that group. Multiple divisions may share age ranges and practice schedules. The Association reserves the right to place participants in the appropriate division in accordance with Pop Warner Football & Cheer Association rules.

SEASON TIMELINE:

  • Teams will be formed in July
  • Coaches will contact families in July
  • Conditioning workouts will be available in June and July
  • Mandatory practices begin mid-July

REQUIRED PAPERWORK:

All participants must submit the following before the season begins. Document submission dates will be scheduled:

  4. Proof of Residency (must match profile address)
  5. 2026–2027 Full End-of-Year Report Card , regardless of whether it is semester-, trimester-, or quarter-based
  6. Birth Certificate Original (returning players may possibly omit)
  7. Participants must attend Mt. Baldy Conference Player Certification.
