Our concession stand is the heart of the ballpark and our league's most important fundraiser. Every burger and Gatorade goes directly toward field maintenance, equipment, and keeping registration fees affordable for our families.
Because we are 100% volunteer-run, we rely on you to keep the grill hot and the drinks cold!
The Concession Rebate Program
To thank you for your time and encourage league-wide participation, we offer a Concession Rebate. *Please note: this takes the place of the previous years "Volunteer Fee". We now only offer a rebate for Concession Stand hours.
The Requirement: Complete a minimum of 3 hours of volunteer time in the concession stand during the current season.
The Reward: Once your 3 hours are verified, you will be eligible for a $50 rebate on your player’s registration fee.
Eligibility: One rebate is available per family. Hours must be completed by an adult (18+) or a supervised teenager (15+) if approved by the Concession Manager. Exceptions to this age requirement may be made on a case by case basis.
How to Claim Your Rebate
Getting your rebate is a simple three-step process:
Sign Up: Visit our Sign Up to claim a shift. Most shifts are 2–3 hours long, so you may need to work one long shift or two short ones to meet the 3-hour requirement.
Clock In: When you arrive for your shift, you must sign the "Volunteer Log Binder" located inside the concession stand. If you don't sign in, we can't track your hours!
Processing: Once you've completed your 3+ hours, simply come back here and fill out this rebate form. Once the Concession Manager verifies your 3+ hours, the Treasurer will issue a refund to the original payment method used during registration. If this method cannot be used, a check will be issued and mailed to the address on file in your account. Rebates are typically processed in July, after the all star season concludes.
What to Expect Behind the Counter
Don't worry—you don’t need to be a professional chef! Our Concessions Manager or "Shift Lead" will always be there to guide you. Common tasks include:
Taking orders and handling simple cash/card transactions.
Prepping "grab-and-go" items like popcorn, hot dogs, and nachos.
Restocking drink coolers.
Wiping down counters at the end of the night.
Safety Note: For safety reasons, children under the age of 14 are not permitted inside the concession stand.
