Practice
Practices begin on July 20th, 2026
Location: East Ridge Middle school gym
Times: 6pm - 7:45pm
Days: Starting with Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. Then once conditioning hours are met (around Labor Day) practices will be Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday.
Parking: parents must park/drop off at the front of the school.
Practices are closed. Parents are not permitted to stand in the lobby and watch through the windows.
Games
Games are on Saturdays and take place across Central Florida (usually within an hour away).
There are 8 regular season games and 1 Jamboree game.
Attendance at games is required in order to be eligible to compete in competitions.
Your cheerleader will typically arrive 1 and a half hours before the game to complete check in.
IF YOUR CHEERLEADER MISSES CHECK IN, THEY WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO CHEER THAT GAME.

Parent Volunteering for Games
Parents are required to volunteer for games.
Home Games: depending on what team your player is on will determine what volunteer work will need to be done. (examples: first game sets up, last game breaks down). Additionally, chains crew, someone to fill out the MPR sheet, providing water, providing ice, providing snacks and several other volunteer needs.
Away Games: Someone to fill out MPR sheet, chains crew, water, ice, snack.
Games cannot start if field volunteer positions are not filled.
Competitions
All teams will attend the Mid Florida competition. Jr. Tiny Mite will perform a showcase routine and will not attend the other competitions. All other teams, if they place high enough, have a chance to advance to Regionals. Then, if they place high enough at Regionals, they have a chance to compete at Nationals in North Carolina.
