ARRIVE READY
• Arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled photo time (NOT game time)
• Teams must be lined up and ready
WHAT TO WEAR / BRING
• Full uniform (jersey tucked in)
• Hat worn properly
• Glove & bat (recommended)
• Catchers may wear full gear
IMPORTANT
• Players without equipment will still be photographed
• All players and coaches must be photographed individually
• Team photos are created as a composite image
• Late teams may be moved to a later time slot
PHOTO DAY INSTRUCTIONS:
• Each team has a scheduled photo time (not game time). Please arrive 10 minutes early.
• All players and coaches must be photographed individually for composite team photo.
• Full uniform required. Hat and jersey properly worn.
• Bring glove and bat (recommended). Catchers may wear full gear.
• Players without equipment will still be photographed.
• Be ready and lined up when called.
• Late teams may be moved to a later available slot.
PHOTO DAY SCHEDULE - TBD
1. Program Overview
Pictorial Crew will provide a Proofing Photography Program for all athletes in the
League. Parents/guardians are not required to make any payment upfront. Instead,
they will have the opportunity to review images of their athlete before making a
purchase.
2. E-Commerce Platform
• Images will be posted to a secure, password-protected online gallery.
• Parents (or those they share access with) may view, select, and purchase images
directly online.
• Pictorial Crew will offer a wide range of products and packages for purchase.
3. Payment
• Parents pay only for the images and products they choose.
4. Order Fulfillment
Families will have two options for receiving their orders:
1. League Distribution (Free): Orders will be bulk delivered to the league for
distribution at no cost to parents
2. Direct Ship to Home (Optional): Parents may select home delivery for an
additional $6.96 shipping fee per order.
VIEW BEFORE YOU PURCHASE
ORDERING PROCESS
1. Be dressed and ready for photo day! There is nothing to submit in advance and every player will be photographed.
2. After photo day, your child will receive an access card with instructions and a link to your private online gallery.
3. You will also be notified via email when your photos are ready to view and order.
