Code of Conduct Policy

To ensure a safe, respectful, and positive environment for all participants, our league requires that all individuals adhere to the following Code of Conduct. This policy applies to all coaches, players, parents, and spectators.

1. Adherence to NFL FLAG Standards

All coaches, players, parents, and spectators must follow NFL FLAG rules, philosophies, and standards. Coaches are expected to adhere to NFL FLAG coaching guidelines and uphold the highest level of sportsmanship and integrity at all times.

2. Respectful Behavior

All participants must treat others with respect, including teammates, opponents, coaches, officials, and spectators. Unsportsmanlike conduct will not be tolerated.

3. Zero Tolerance for Abuse

Physical or verbal abuse by any coach, player, parent, or spectator is strictly prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Harassment
  • Intimidation
  • Disrespectful or offensive language

4. Anti-Bullying Policy

Bullying, hazing, or any behavior that threatens the safety or well-being of another individual is strictly forbidden.

5. Substance-Free Environment

The use of alcohol, smoking, or any controlled substances is not allowed on league property at any time.

6. Enforcement and Consequences

Any player, parent, coach, or spectator who violates this Code of Conduct will be subject to disciplinary action, up to and including removal from the league at the organization’s discretion.


By participating in the league, all individuals agree to uphold and abide by this Code of Conduct to help foster a positive and safe environment for everyone involved.
