Candidates

Alyssa Badeker
"I feel with my expertise in both hr and payroll management as well as my years of volunteer service, I would be a great asset to the organization."

Andrew Joseph McTaggart
"We've been with WLL for the four years, the last three of which I have coached.  I do feel like there are areas needing improvement.  If I had to sum up my expectation of the board and WLL in general, I would say accountability.  Not necessarily from the board, but accountability from the players' parents, the spectators, the players, volunteers, and in some cases, the coaches.  That being said, I do understand there is a fine line to toe with all of these moving parts.  However, accountability and enforcement of rules, regulations, and bylaws should start with board members, and I would like to help in that role."

Lawrence Joseph Tober
"Tee ball Player Agent has needed some help for a while. I’ve been in the league 2 years watching the younger divisions and I have a good grasp on how things run. "

Jason Nipar
"WLL has meant so much to our family over the last 6 years I have a desire to give back."

"I think that our League needs strong leadership to ensure our players have a great little league program to participate in. I want there to be transparency in our financial reporting for the League as well as I am happy to make sure our League keeps a strong financial position in any economy. Keeping the league's spending in check and ensuring we are compliant with regulatory agencies is a priority that I held in this position during the past year."

Dan Bergeron
"I want to continue serving on the Woodcreek Little League Board because I care deeply about our league, our families, and the experience we create for every player. Being part of this board allows me to support our volunteers, strengthen our community, and help ensure Woodcreek remains a place where kids grow, compete, and feel proud to belong"

Alfred Viola
"My motivation comes from a strong desire to continue building a stronger Little League organization for our players and families. During my first 25 months on the board, I gained valuable hands-on experience that truly felt like on-the-job training. That time was essential in understanding how the league operates day-to-day, and more importantly, it provided real insight into the areas where we can continue to improve and grow. Now that I've gone through that initial learning curve, I feel better prepared to contribute in a more impactful way. I'm eager to an apply what I've learned to help strengthen the league's structure, processes, and overall experience for everyone involves. Beyond the operational side, I care deeply about what this organization represents for our community. Little League plays such an important role in shaping athletes and building character, teamwork, and confidence. I would like to continue to contributing to a strong, positive environment that benefits not only the kids participating today, but also helps develop the next generation of adults in our community.
