High-resolution PNG, JPG, or vector logo files are preferred so materials look clean across digital and print placements. We can confirm the best file format if needed.
Swag items should be appropriate for youth participants and families, easy to distribute, and a good fit for the camp environment. Items like branded water bottles, drawstring bags, stickers, notebooks, pens, wristbands, coupons, and other small promotional items are often a good fit. All swag items must be pre-approved before being included to make sure they match the program, audience, and event standards.
Earlier is better, especially for sponsors who want logo placement, digital recognition, ad inclusion, or swag bag participation tied to camp timelines. No later than 2 weeks before the event is recommended.
