WTU’s mission is to develop young athletes to compete and perform at high levels, with a focus on preparing them for the opportunity to be recruited and play at top echelon basketball academies, colleges and universities. WTU emphasizes fundamental basketball playing skills, confidence, positive work ethic and a “team first” attitude. Our goal is to expose all athletes to high-level competition across the region and consistently bring elite talent to the national level.
Through in depth and rigorous elite training, our experienced college and high school level coaches support each individual as they grow within our program. Each player is provided attentive and dedicated coaching that teaches the basic principles of commitment, integrity, toughness and hard work. We aim to have every player demonstrate continuous improvement over time.
