- Ball # 3 or #4 (under 7 ) Ball #4 under 8 -9- 10-12
-NO OFF SIDES.
-PLAYER CAN BE MANDATORY SUBSTITUTION IN CASE THE REFEREE REQUEST.
-SHIN GUARDS MANDATORY.
GAME TIME :
- Under 6 ( 3 times 12 minutes).
- Under 7,8,9,10,12 - 2 PERIOD OF 20’
The essential fundamental of this league are healthy and sporty environment for the development of children.
Within this framework we create the game and coexistence rules.
The game field will be assigned by the league according to the different ages of children.
The soccer ball will be number 3 in category 2011/2012 and it will be number 4 in the remaining categories.
The number of players allowed in all categories will be 5 field players and a goalkeeper.
Substitutions will be limited, always with the ball stopped or offside and with the consent of the referee.
Game times will be 3 periods of 12 minutes for 2012 categories, while the remaining categories will be two halves of 20 minutes.
The referees, assigned by the league, will be responsible for applying the rules, must display a spirit teacher in different situations as necessary.
Their decisions must be respected by players, coaches and the general public.
In any situation provoked by parents or coaches, referees will be able to warn them and if they continue, they will be remove from the park.
Free kicks will be directly or indirectly depending of the foul.
Playing with the ball on the head in the categories under 10, will be penalized with indirect free kick.
Goal kicks will be made from inside the area with the foot.
With the ball in game, goalkeepers can throw the ball with the hand or foot, without passing midfield, unless the ball touches the floor before getting the midline.
Offside won’t be penalized in any category.
The organization shall establish areas for coaches and substitutes, as well as areas for the public. They must be respected and the referee must call attention to every coach, so the public of each team follow these rules.
League organizers are also well trained to enforce this provision.
The start times of each game must be respected strictly to perform all scheduled games.
NOTE : PLAYERS CAN PLAY IN TWO TEAMS IF THEY QUALIFY WITH THE AGE. BUT ONLY CAN PLAY FOR THE SAME CLUB OR SOCCER SCHOOL UNDER THE SAME NAME.
