How long is the season? Season typically runs from either Nov. or Dec- May with National Championship tournaments in June. The tryout cycle is in the fall prior to first practices.
Can I attend practice? Yes, we appreciate parent involvement and support so long as all codes of conduct are followed and parents remain in designated area.
What are some of the benefits? The progress, growth, and skills development as well as experience are huge. The environment is highly conducive for more detailed and comprehensive learning and skills improvement as teams are full of like mindful folks those that are more serious about volleyball. Additionally, our area of the country is known for being more competitive and producing some of the best volleyball players making them more college bound.
Can I stay with my child during tournament events? YES, we view tournament weekends as both a competitive and a family event. All rules of conduct and player timeliness still applies. We do offer player only events and player only tournament structured times that only players can attend, however, we do love family support. Our great families have built some of their best friendships and helpful communities in support of the players that last a life time.
What if I cannot travel with my child? Not a problem, we do offer team and player chaperoning and additional arrangements so long as they are planned and coordinated well in advance.
Are there payment plans? Yes, we offer flexible payment plans with a deposit up front and an informative balance system for convenience.
Are there fundraisers? Yes, we have seasonal and cyclical fundraisers that have proven to be helpful in creating opportunities and involvement for players.
Can I volunteer? If so how do I? Yes, simply fill out the volunteer options in registration or contact coaches and coordinators directly.
How often are practices? Practices are 2-3 times per week depending upon the level of play and team your athlete participates on.
Are there family discounts? Yes, families with more than 1 player participating in a season do receive a discount. This is set up with Directors directly.
Do I coordinate my own travel? Yes and No. Some tournaments have rules and requirements that enable participation in more competitive tournaments in which case it is required to use one of the many options of host hotels via an online hotel booking system. Additionally, many of our families take advantage of our club discount and savings as we have staff that coordinates and finds availability at tournaments annually.
