For the last 2 years, GrindHouse has been able to use 7 on 7 as a great way to teach the game of football and improve our players football IQ, by understanding both offensive and defensive pass concepts. This has greatly helped all of our athletes be successful at the next level, whether its pee wee, middle school, high school or collegiate play. Understanding football helps our athletes play smarter and faster, thus developing a better overall player. Join us this season and let us improve your athletes knowledge and skill!

Our teams will developed a tradition of excellence and GrindHouse players will receive the very best coaching and personal training while on the field. Our coaching staff are USA Football certified and bring years of football experience at the Youth, High School, Collegiate & Professional (NFL) levels. GrindHouse pride reaches beyond the football field, as our players lead their lives with key values and principles that are applied in the classroom and throughout life within their local communities as they embace the concept of our trademark slogan "Grind till you Shine".
