We have received a few questions regarding fundraising so we hope this answers them:

·Since there are two different fundraisers and two different companies we ask that you have 2 separate checks for your orders. (i.e. one for total of cookie dough and one for trash bags) made out to Milan Youth League. Please also have them in 2 different envelopes.

·It is very important that YOUR CHILDS NAME, A CONTACT NUMBER AND TEAM NAME IS ON ALL FORMS. This is so we can tally team counts for the pizza parties and orders are picked up by correct individuals.

·The due date for all orders have been extended to Monday, May 13th. These can be dropped off at the concession stand, which is located at the main complex, on top of the hill.

·Once all forms have tallied and orders placed, we will communicate when and where pick up will take place and which teams won the pizza parties. We are thinking approximately the second week in June but once we have confirmation we will let you.
