Annual Board Meeting 12/15/22

Hello MYL community,

Please consider donating your time and effort in supporting the MYL community. We urgently need multiple board member positions. We will be voting and electing new board members in December. Thank you for the few people who came in November to see how they could help, but we did not have enough people in attendance to proceed forward. With the majority of the current board members stepping away, it is extremely important that several people step up and help or the future of MYL will be uncertain.

The meeting will be at the Senior Center on Thursday, December 15, 2022 at 7pm.

All board positions are up for election. Below are board positions that are needed urgently:
 President
 Vice President
 Field Maintenance
 Multiple board positions
- Fundraising
- Sponsorships
- Coaching
- Coach Liaison
- Equipment Manager
- Concessions Coordinator & Assistant
- Volunteers - coaches, concessions, field clean up, planting flowers, dug out/building maintenance and clean up, etc.
- Opening day/closing day ceremonies
- Communications - email/fb/website
- Coordinator for: Registration, Draft, Scheduling, Background Checks, Spreadsheets and Sign Up Genius (for practices, games, additional practices & umpire schedules, etc.).
- Etc.
