What to bring:

·      A copy of birth certificate (if you are a new player to Turlock FC), to verify the appropriate age group for your child.  We already have birth certificate for current players.

·      A soccer ball, wear shin guards and soccer cleats

Parent or legal guardian will be required to fill out and sign the registration form, which will be provided at tryouts.
