The March monthly meeting was called to order at 7:07, accepted by Chris, seconded by

Anthony.

The secretary’s report was read by Coleen, accepted by Rich, seconded by Jenn.

The treasurer’s report was read by Laurie, accepted by Steph, seconded by Shari.

President’s Business:

Our numbers are good but could be better in middles and seniors. Rosters were given out to all

teams. All coaches, please contact all players who are not signed up as of yet.

Tryouts are Saturday at Park View. Seniors are at 12:30, Middles at 2, Juniors at 3:30. Blease

come with comfortable clothes, sneakers and your glove.

Schedules- If coaches have any times you are in need of having the night off from the schedule,

please contact Tammy by March 10, as she will be assembling the schedule next week.

Draft- will be held Saturday, March 15 at Coleen Sivo’s house, seniors at 2:30, Middles at 3:00,

and Juniors at 3:30.

Background Checks- All staff need to be completed to begin the season. Link is on the web site,

also need to complete the Safe Sport inservice as well.

League Info Meeting- It has been scheduled on Thursday, March 26 @ 6:30 pm. All coaches

should plan on arriving at 6 to receive their packets.

Field Clean Up day- Saturday April 4 from 9-12, bring your gloves, shovels and rakes. If anyone

needs volunteer hours, this is an easy 3 hours.

South Kingstown has reached out to us to see if we would be interested in playing against us for

a few games. If you are interested in signing up for a Travel Team to play, there will be a sign

up sheet at the Info Meeting.
