History making !st ever virtual meeting

The virtual meeting for April was called to order at 7:07pm
The secretary's report was read by Coleen.
The treasurer's report was read by Laurie.

The Season of Uncertianty is Upon Us!
USA Softball has cancelled tournaments until end of May, where does that leave us? EGSL will be following all guidelines set by the governor and Mayor Fung. When restrictions are lifted we want to be ready to go. As of today, social distancing is in effect until May 8th. The Golf Tournament has been cancelled for this year.We will be back next year.
Coaches- the board is trying to plan for playing once social distancing is lifted. Tammy has put together a tentative schedule but will keep us playing until the end of June, not counting playoffs. Ask your players if they will be available until early July.

All seniors have received the scholarship application, please fill out and get ti to your coach. All applications need to be in by June 1st.

Meeting adjourned at 7:45pm. Our next meeting will also be virtual, using the Zoom app on May 5th. A link will be emailed to all. Be on the look out for it and join the meeting from the comforts of your own home, laying in bed or hiding in your basement making knitting knotties, like Chris!
