EDGEWOOD GIRLS SOFTBALL LEAGUE, October 6, 2020

The October meeting was called to order at 7:04pm, accepted by Ken, seconded by Candy.

Secretary’s minutes were read, accepted by Laurie, seconded by Tiffany.

Treasurer’s minutes were read, accepted by John, seconded by Juan.

President’s Business:

Collection on 9/12, for the SPCA in honor of Dolores Gulliver, went very well. Lots of support shown by EGSL. The family was thankful for all the donations.

Team openings: Dolls, Red Devils, Alley Cats and Elks. If you are interested in helping out, please do not hesitate to contact Tammy. 

Executive Board positions still available: Corresponding Secretary and Vice President, again, contact Tammy or drop a  note to the league email [email protected].

By Law Changes- If anyone has a by law or rule that needs a change, please bring it to the attention of the board at the next meeting. The old by law needs to be included with the changes you are seeking.

Fundraiser Idea- At the next meeting, Nov 10, the design will be available to see the fall fundraiser. EGSL are offering sweatshirt, sweatpants, long sleeve tee shirts all with the 50th Anniversary of EGSL. Just in time to make great Christmas, Hanukkah or even New Year’s gifts. This will allow us all to be sporting these sought after items in time for spring.
