You have to complete the online registration as well as the required forms and documents below. 

Our program is part of the OGYFA –Ohio Gridiron Youth Football Association.  OGYFA requires all forms/documents to be printed and given to the Cheer Director.  *Please do not mail any forms. All forms MUST be turned in prior to first practice on July 29th for your cheerleader to participate.   Your cheerleader CANNOT attend practice without having the forms turned in.

     Cheer Squads

FLAG - K & 1st grade in Fall
7V7 - 2nd grade in Fall
Freshmen - 3rd grade in Fall
Sophomore - 4th grade in Fall
Junior Varsity - 5th grade in Fall
Varsity Squad - 6th grade in Fall


Program Costs

$200 - Full payment is due by May 31st

Cheer Uniform -Returned at end of season
Body liner
Briefs (cheer underwear)
* Poncho

Socks (1 pair)
Hair Bow (1 bow)
Shoes
* Game day T-shirt (Cheerleaders will wear these on Fridays)
 

Parents are required to purchase these additional items:
White Leggings – MUST BE WHITE!

Personalized Warm Up jacket (ONLY FOR NEW CHEERLEADERS).  Price TBD.

IMPORTANT SEASON DATES

* Practices start the week of July 28th.  Practices will be on held on
Tuesdays and Thursdays from 5:30-6:45pm, location is TBD.  
Practices are mandatory to attend. 

* June 7-8th Uniform Fitting at Herberich Elementary Picnic Table Pavilion area.  
You must attend one of the fitting dates to be sized for the season.  
Saturday, June 7th, 8:30 - 10:30 AM 
Sunday, June 8th, 1-2 PM

* Sweet Frog Fundraiser  "Meet the Coach" Event will be Thursday, July 17th (time TBD)

* Cheer Camp, July 21-23, 5:30-7:30pm
