Dear Round Lake - Malta Families,

On behalf of the leadership team, we are thrilled to welcome you to another exciting year of Round Lake Malta Youth Baseball! Whether your player is stepping onto the dirt for the first time in Tee-Ball or returning for their final season in the majors, we are so glad you’ve chosen to be part of our community.

Our league is more than just a place to play ball; it’s a place where local kids build character, learn teamwork, and create lifelong memories.

We Need Your Help to Knock it Out of the Park!

As you know, RLM is a 100% volunteer-run organization. From the chalk on the lines to the burgers in the snack shack, everything happens because of parents like you.

We are currently looking for energetic, community-minded individuals to join our Board of Directors and Special Interest Committees. Joining the board is a fantastic way to have a direct impact on your child's experience and ensure our league continues to thrive for years to come.

Open Opportunities

We have a role for every schedule—whether you’re a "spreadsheet superstar," a "handyman," or an "event planner."

Strategic & Seasonal Roles:

Game Scheduler: Help us map out the season.
Team Builder: Sorting Coaching requests and building equal teams.
Uniforms: Coordinate the look of our teams.
Equipment Manager: Keep our gear safe and game-ready.
Safety Officer: Oversee league clearances and first aid.

Event & Support Committees:

Concessions: Help manage our favorite "snack shack."
Marketing/Sponsorship: Connect with local business partners.
Opening Day & End of Year Committees: Plan our big celebrations.
Rain Out Committee: Help us make the "weather call."
Picture Day & Trophy Committees: Manage the keepsakes.
