The Pee Wees division is designed for children 9-10 years of age. This league introduces very basic concepts of football. We are dedicated to teaching children the fundamentals of football in a safe, fun, and educational environment. Alcoa Youth Sports places a special emphasis on individual skills development. We recognize that each child develops at their own pace and our vision is to create a structure that allows kids to develop their skill level over time. Football is a lot more than just winning games. Our football program builds confidence in kids, teaches them to work together as a team and encourages good sportsmanship. Learning football, making friends and having fun is what our program is all about. Spring practice is determined by coaches and the season will end the first of November.

Fall baseball will be limited to the participants that sign up. We run a smaller league in the fall and anticipated demand will impact restricted numbers. We are providing details in advance so you can make a decision on fall ball participation ahead of time.

  Registration starts on June 2nd and will be first come first serve. It will run until we reach capacity. Sign up early to avoid missing the opportunity. Fall baseball does not conflict with our Flag Football League on Sunday afternoons (details coming soon).

  The fall season is a condensed season with 8-10 games per team. The season is scheduled to start on August 10th (Monday) and conclude no later than September 28th (Saturday). There is no Jamboree in the fall. Typically fall ball only plays weekdays with no weekends Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday unless we are largely restricted by our scheduling (this is not guaranteed).

  The typical age divisions will vary in the fall depending on the number of participants in the fall. Typically, we have 6u (ages 3-6), 9u (ages 7-9), and 12u (ages 10-12) but that will vary based on who all signs up. WE WILL HAVE A SOFTBALL LEAGUE AS WELL FOR AGES 4-6. Fall costs are reduced and registration fee this fall will be $105 which includes the jersey only.

  If you are playing at Alcoa Youth Sports this spring 2026, your child will return to the coaches team directly they are playing for now (in the SAME LEAGUE; coaches that move leagues will not have a returning roster) unless you request otherwise (Example: Joe Smith plays with team Red Sox in 5u in the spring. Joe Smith ages into to 7u this fall. Joe Smith no longer will return to that coach automatically) . If the coach or team is not participating in the fall they will play for another team. Given there is no evaluation period in the fall typically (unless the coaches decide one is needed), teams are sorted based on a blind draw or at the discretion of the league.
