Raffle Packet Info

Hi HC families we are in our final week of selling raffle tickets. Raffle packets are due April 11th (this Saturday). We have more tickets if you need them. Please continue to sell raffle tickets this week. We are going to be utilizing the student drop off area on the west side of the parking lot next to the school. No need to even get out of your car.

Get more tickets:
Monday- 6pm-7pm
Tuesday- 6pm-7pm
Wednesday- 6pm-7pm

Coaches drop off team packets:
Thursday- 6pm-7pm
Friday- 6pm-7pm
Saturday- 10am-11am

We are asking coaches to collect the packets from you so they can turn in the team all together. If the head coach is unable to do this we are asking for an asst. coach or team parent to help assist in this. If none of those options work then you may drop off your packet during the coach drop off times. We are trying to minimize exposure as much as possible.

Please ensure your packet has your players full name, division and coach/color on it. We do not accept checks. Make sure the number of tickets matches the amount of cash in the packet. All tickets need to have a first and last name and phone number of the buyer on the back.

We will announce when we are doing the raffle live on Facebook soon.

We will be able to give more tickets through Friday as needed.
