Last Chance

Hi HC families. Tomorrow (Tuesday May 26th) is the last chance to pick up refund checks. We will be at Hunter Park on the right side of the parking lot near the school from 6pm-7:30pm.
***This is also when the coaches are required to turn in their equipment bags.****

We want to thank everyone who took time to let us know what they wanted with this years fees.
We gave you 3 options.
1) Donate
2) Move amount paid for spring 2020 to fall 2020 or spring 2021.
3) Prorated refund

If you did not fill out the survey, or filled it out late we may not have your wishes marked. We also had several survey's filled out stating they wished to donate but did not put your players name on it. DO NOT take the survey again-- it is closed. If you did not fill it out (or let the board know via email or social media) please let us know by replying to this email or emailing the board at [email protected] If you picked up your check-- no need to let us know again.

The board is trying to navigate this unfortunate circumstance as quickly and efficiently as possible. We are all volunteers and we need your help by picking up your refunds tomorrow. Thank you!
