Spring 2020 Recap

Spring 2020 refunds has been completed. Here are a few bullet points for any parents/families that have questions:

Q:What Happened to the team baskets?
A: Team baskets were given back to the team coaches, a few items were donated back to the league for us to give away in next years raffle. If we were unable to get ahold of the coach (we had 2) the edible items were given to the commisioner and everything else will be raffled off next year.

Q: What about Disneyland raffle?
A: Disneyland tickets are still on hold-- we earn these tickets through community service. We have turned in all required items to receive the tickets but Disney is still closed as of July 1, 2020. We have saved the raffle tickets so if Disney opens up and officially approves of our tickets we will jump onto Facebook live and do a drawing.

Q: What about the raffle prizes?
A: We did the raffle live on Facebook and all prizes but 2 were given out. This included coach prizes. We have 1 sportsbrella and 1 echo that was not claimed and we will include those in the raffle next year. Multiple attempts to contact the prize winners were made.

Q: If I picked to receive a refund for my player and didn't receive what do I do?
A: Email us with the full first and last name of your players at [email protected]

Q: If chose to move my funds to fall 2020 or Spring 2021 how do I sign up?
A: We will post instructions for those players.

Q: If I chose to move my players funds but either changed my mind or they won't be playing by Spring 2021?
A: All refunds requests have been processed, moved funds must be moved to fall 2020 or Spring 2021. For specific questions email [email protected]

Q: How can my voice be heard?
A: Join the board-- we always need help and never have enough. We post openings on our social media accounts.
