Irondequoit Jr Lancers

We are The Irondequoit Jr. Lancers Youth Football and Cheerleading Association
The program was founded in 1965 as the Irondequoit Indians, as part of the Monroe County Pop Warner Little Scholars, Inc. League.  We changed the name to the Irondequoit Scream n’ Eagles in 2000 at which time the league name changed to WNY Pop Warner.  In 2014 we split into Greater Rochester Pop Warner and In 2015 we again changed our name to the Irondequoit Jr. Lancers which helps to Identify our kids with the high school program to which most of them continue onto.
Our program along with Eastern Region of National Pop Warner is designed to teach the fundamentals of football and cheerleading, and is open to all boys and girls who meet age, weight (football), scholastic and health requirements.  We not only strive to teach the fundamentals of these two sports but also to demonstrate to our participants the ideas of sportsmanship and fun.  NO CUTTING; NO TRYOUTS; AND MANDATORY PLAY FOR ALL PARTICIPANTS.
Our organization stresses safety in all areas of football and cheerleading.  We have excellent equipment, which is certifiable and is comparable to the High School and Collegiate programs.  Our Coaches and Asst. Coaches are certified by USA Football/ and YCADA Cheerleading Pop Warner Coaching Clinics and are trained in Football and Cheerleading Safety.
The Irondequoit Jr. Lancers continues to promote academic achievement.  Pop Warner is the only National Youth Organization that has a scholastic requirement.  Our organization is committed to the encouragement of high scholastics.  Scholars are nominated and recognized at our year-end sports banquet.  GRPW League will recognize scholars in late spring at a special ceremony and National Pop Warner will honor the Little Scholars selected from all over the country during the Memorial Day weekend at Disney.  This process begins with you.

Ogden Bears

The Ogden Bears is the largest and oldest youth football and cheer organization in the Spencerport, NY area.   As part of the Pop Warner national organization, participants must maintain at least a 2.0 average in school to participate.  We have had many participants go on to play at Spencerport, Greece, Hilton, Brockport, Churchville-Chili, and Aquinas schools.  We take great pride for being a family oriented organization.  Many of our participant have come back to volunteer as coaches, board members, or volunteers later in their lives.

Niagara Cataract

Established in 1969, Cataract Little Loop Football Association is located in the City of Niagara Falls, New York.  Practices and games are held at the Ruth Nicoletti Field behind Niagara Falls High School 4455 Porter Rd., Niagara Falls, NY 14305. We are part of the Greater Rochester Pop Warner Little Scholars Conference; which is comprised of ten organizations and governed by a board of presidents. We instruct our players to use proper technique and fundamentals in football and cheerleading; as well to always have fun and respect their opponent, teammates, coaches and the great game of football. We also attempt to work with the Niagara Falls school district by having a code of conduct where our players must attempt to maintain a high academic level, as well as adhere to school rules and respect their teachers and classmates.
