** I HEREBY AGREE AND UNDERSTAND THE FOLLOWING ***

Uniforms: Any uniform(s) supplied to the players will include long softball pants, jersey, belt and socks.  All items with the exception of the socks are the property of the FAA and are to be returned by the last played game.  * The exception is the 16U division, Majors BaseBall, Senior BaseBall in which they can purchase their jerseys for a fee of $40.00 and the jersey is personalized with their name and number and they own the jersey. If a player chooses not to personalize the jersey, then they are supplied an unpersonalized jersey which remains the property of the FAA and is returned.  * If  the uniform is not returned by the last played game or thereafter, a uniform deposit will be assessed for the following season in the amount of $25.00 until the uniform  has been received.  If my child will be too old to play the following season, I have to pay the cost of a new uniform.

Winter Warmups start approximately 2/3/20. More information to come.

*Fall Season will be offered to returning Spring registered players at $30 each child.
