Since 1975 NEOASA (North East Oklahoma Adult Soccer Association) offers soccer divisions for all levels of experience with Men's Divisions, Women's Divisions, Over 30, and Over 45.  

We launched our signature fundraiser event SoktoberFest in 1986 and are enjoying our 33rd consecutive tournament.  It just so happens to occur in conjunction with another Tulsa  tradition -- Oktoberfest.

In the past years we have had an average of 64 teams play in SoktoberFest representing 11 different states. We've featured divisions for Men's and Women's Rec as well as Over 30, Over 35, and Over 40.  New for 2019, by popular request, we will be featuring Co-Ed 11 v 11 divisions for both Rec and Competitive!
