The 3&2 Baseball Club of Johnson County is a private, 501(c)(3) non-profit corporation serving the youth of our community since 1951. Unlike other area youth sports organizations, 3&2 receives no federal, state or local tax dollars. It is independently governed by a 13-person volunteer board of directors and has four full-time staff members directing the activities of more than 500 teams and 7,000 players. Each player, coach and family involved in the program is a member of the Club. We welcome your assistance and invite suggestions for keeping 3&2 a model organization.

The mission of The 3&2 Baseball Club of Johnson County is to provide youth of our community with a quality environment that promotes sportsmanship, instruction, teamwork, and the enjoyment of the baseball experience.
