The Rowland Raiders participates in the Orange County Junior All American Football (OCJAAF). The Rowland Raiders goals is to create a cohesive youth athletic program in which participants can develop and enhance personal character, sportsmanship, wellness, academic integrity and responsibility. The Rowland Raiders will continue to fall under the governance of OCJAAF and will abide by the guidelines set forth by the organization.
