The Oregon Wrestling Association, Inc. (hereafter referred to as OWA) is anon-profit organization affiliated with USA Wrestling. USA Wrestling is the National Governing Body for Olympic wrestling in the United States. As such, the Oregon Wrestling Association is considered the state affiliated program for grass roots support of the Olympic wrestling movement. The Oregon Wrestling Association is charged with developing the sport of wrestling in the state of Oregon. These Bylaws govern the organization.
