Our goal is to provide young athletes in our program, the opportunity for personal growth, a great experience, as well as creating lifelong memories through the game of football. Our athletes will learn the core values of character, selflessness, hard work, commitment, sacrifice, through the guidance of a solid culture.  Our vision is for our athletes to experience and share a sense of pride as a program, on a journey of being part of a TEAM.  Our purpose is to make a positive difference in our athletes lives through a proud program, by assisting them in reaching their highest potential as they grow becoming more confident, proud, caring individuals.  Our Fife Junior program has historically embodied this experience of community pride, proudly being part of the Blue and Gold, for a lifetime.
